  • Tomoko Miyagi

    Multi-talented singer-songwriter who sings Japanese, Western and folk music. Born in Futenma, Ginowan, Okinawa. At the age of 17, she participated in the nationwide TV program Star Tanjo National Tournament as the Okinawa representative. In 2000, she wrote and composed the second school song of Sagamihara City Elementary School in Kanagawa Prefecture, "Happiness". In 2003, "Anytime Anywhere" by Tomo∋M, limited release of 4-song CD album. From 2003 to 2013, she was active as a female vocalist in a country rock band "Far East Texas"at various US military bases in the Kanto region. In 2010, she released her original CD album "That's where I belong -with you-". In 2012, she released the CD "Yuki no Asa" (song with "Sakura Saku Minato"), with vocals by Miyagi Tomoko, music by Fujii Mitsuo, lyrics by Okada Hideko, and arrangement by Takeyoshi Noguchi. In 2020, she released the music digital version of "Your smile saving my life", with vocals and lyrics by Miyagi Tomoko, music by Takano Keiyu, and arrangement by Miyoshi 'sankichi' Yoshiro. In 2020, "Happiness" was used in a commercial and short animation in Okinawa Prefecture. In 2023, the four-song album "Anytime Anywhere" released digitally. In 2024 Sep, "Ansheya Mata Ya" and "Unjutu" Okinawa dialect version of "Anata to" (lyrics and composition by Tomoko Miyagi, arrangement by Hidekatsu ) digital released. In 2024 Oct, "Welcome to my world" feat. John Heinrich digital released.
