My Samba (feat. Skaai)

Reiya Terakubo is a trumpeter, vocalist, and songwriter from Sapporo, Hokkaido. In May 2025, he released his first album Reiya The P.A.V.E. The album, which showcased not only his skills as a composer, lyricist, and arranger but also highlighted his talent as a vocalist, garnered significant attention. His solo show at WALL & WALL in Omotesando in August 2025 sold out instantly, and he has since appeared at numerous music festivals both in Japan and abroad.

Now, Reiya releases My Samba feat. Skaai, his first single of 2026.
Built on a driving bass line and beat that naturally make you move your body, the track is instantly memorable thanks to its nostalgic guitar riff. Reiya's languid vocals and trumpet melodies intertwine with a verse from his close collaborator, rapper and hip-hop artist Skaai, resulting in a song that is both laid-back and irresistibly addictive.

Reiya is set to embark on his first Tokyo-Osaka tour in the spring of 2026. With many more releases planned throughout the year, his activities are expected to accelerate even further.
