Lyric
Japanese Gateball
7th Jet Balloon, Tomoho Maeda
Get closer and far away
Repeat the ball game of inertia
You don't understand each other
We are always like this
Increasingly irritating
Early autumn
My heart was left behind
And exhausted
I had no choice but to end it
Is it end it
Go through the arch?
No one knows how it will end
There is no the nevermeant
The future should be changed
Should be changed
Should be changed
Should be changed
Say. I will repaint
Everything that
I have to relax my shoulders
In my vein
Both are stain
I'm fed up
With hearing kind of talk
The trick is to do it at
覆して
About 80 percent of the time
In my vein
Both are stain
I'm fed up
With hearing kind of talk
We lose them
In the race to the grave
We lose them
In the race to the grave
I want to get closer to you

Artist Profile
7th Jet Balloon
Nagano-based two-piece EMO band 7th Jet Balloon from released their debut self titled full album set for release on June 28th, 2024 via Tokyo DIY label UNGULATES, both in CD and digital formats. Formed in 2021, they have utilized their two-piece dynamics to play shows nationwide. They gained attention internationally and domestically, releasing the EP Pleasant, Sadness, and... via UNGULATES in April 2023. They were selected to support ANXIOUS in July 2023, SIGNALS MIDWEST in February 2024, and TINY MOVING PARTS in May 2024 during their Japan tours. Their latest album, kicking off with the one-minute opening track Let's GO mother fxxer, continues to showcase twinkle riffs and rock beats, now infused with heavier rhythms and shouts reminiscent of hardcore influences, offering a sound even more rich in originality. Following their collaboration with ANORAK!'s Tomoho Maeda on the previous release, this album features Tokyo's MIDWEST EMO band as a sketch pad and MORISHIMA, singer of HARDCORE band MARKET. It also includes a cover from their roots, Origami Angel. Among the predominantly English lyrics are diverse tracks such as the ballad Nice Road featuring mellow arpeggios and Japanese lyrics, and the singalong chorus of Very very SAD. There's an end, so the world is beautiful. But hopefully... transcending genre boundaries with its variety. Produced with the heavy and tight sound production handled by Ryuhi Inari from VOID)))LAB, known for work with KRUELTY and FRIENDSHIP, this album sets high expectations for newcomer VenJeba to lead the domestic EMO scene in the near future.
