When a song is born

Spring Maki will release her first single "When a Song is Born". As she spent more time at home during the COVID-19 pandemic, she discovered the joy of creating, and began composing in the spring of 2023. Although she has only been composing for about two years, she managed to complete this work by herself, handling everything from lyrics to composition and arrangement to jacket and music video production. When Maki was struggling to write a song, she was moved by the sunrise she saw while traveling in Mie Prefecture, and wrote this work. The lyrics and sound are characterized by a sense of hope along with the sadness of "departure". The music video for this work will be released on YouTube at the same time as the digital release.
