    THE KING OF ROOKIE Profile & Musical Style (English) THE KING OF ROOKIE is a rock band from Niigata, Japan, actively performing live shows across the country. In December 2023, following their one-man shows in Tokyo and Niigata, guitarist Takato Nasuno officially joined the lineup, marking the start of a new four-piece formation in 2024. The band has independently released songs such as "from the window of the world", "from romance radio", and "Because it will be forever". Their first nationally distributed album, "From THE KING OF ROOKIE", was released via Tower Records label. In April 2023, they released the mini-album "Mixed juice rocket" on EVOL RECORDS, followed by digital singles including "I want you" and their latest release "The sun and the amulet". Musically, THE KING OF ROOKIE blends elements of punk, emo, and alternative rock, delivering driving rhythms, sharp guitar riffs, and melodic hooks that stay with the listener. Their lyrics capture raw emotions, youthful struggles, and everyday impulses, balancing unrefined intensity with delicate sensitivity.
