Three years in the making, this pure and candid album tells the story of the creation of life from the artist's own experience. The album's first half (Side A) has a folky acoustic sound, with Tadashi Hirosawa on guitar and Dan Cox(UK) as a mixing engineer. The second half (Side B) was co-produced by Hikaru Ishizaki, Tatsuya Kashima on bass, and the drums were recorded remotely from the UK by Matt Ingram (Laura Marling, Jake Bugg, Etc.). Mastering was done by LA-based Brian Lucey, who has worked with Elvis Costello, Liam Gallagher, Etc.
