    Born and raised in Osaka, under the sign of Libra. She values emotional honesty and warmth in both her songwriting and singing. Calling her genre "Love-based," she draws from pop, rock, and soul to capture moments when the heart stirs or when she truly feels alive - and brings them to life through melody and voice. The name "Leo:hisayo" carries layered meanings: Leo as "lion" in English (a symbol of courage and identity), Leo as "today" in Swahili (emphasizing the present moment), and Leo as "voice/sound" in Hawaiian. Combined with her real name "Hisayo," the name reflects her devotion to delivering her voice here and now. Even if she's as small as an ant, or as large as an elephant - she leaps into every moment with the same energy. Holding close the spirit of ichigo ichie, she continues to craft her music with care, presence, and soul. In 2023, she formed her band: HCCB (Hot Crash Club Band).
