I run the YouTube channel "Sugiriha CH," where I publish numerous videos on seated exercises designed for seniors and the elderly. Leveraging the specialized knowledge and experience from my job, I also produce music themed around supporting people's physical and mental health and relaxation. My ultimate goal is to help more people live comfortable lives with smiles through the power of music.
