This work was shaped by navigating various trials during its creation, moving between two studios. True to its title, The Phantom of the Long Swim, it explores life, death, reincarnation, and eternity.

The musical style offers a diverse range, from dreamy folk to low-fi, slowcore-like alternative, and ethereal tracks reminiscent of shoegaze.

While heavy and dark themes permeate the album, the beauty of life and the possibility of rebirth are palpable. It has become an album that guides the listener's heart on an inner journey.

The jacket was created by the members using the decalcomania technique, where paint is randomly placed and then transferred.
