My mind shattered
Riin
Tokushima-based rapper and songwriter Riin is set to release "Bukkowreta" (Broken) on September 25th-a lead single from the new album scheduled for release in February 2027.
This track marks Riin's emergence from the darkness of a life spent bedridden due to a rare kidney disease diagnosed in 2025 and depression in 2026.
The lyrics begin with the line, "My heart and body are broken; the tears have stopped flowing."
By blending Riin's state of emotional numbness with glitch sounds, the song heralds a new chapter: one where Riin-struggling and in pain, yet still "broken"-reaches out to grasp the light.
The music video will premiere on YouTube on September 25, 2026, at 8:00 PM.
