Luminous is a three-piece, triple-vocal unit that transcends genre boundaries to create a uniquely captivating musical worldview. The group features an unorthodox lineup: a highly expressive female vocalist with experience competing in Japan's renowned national singing contest, a male vocalist who works as a double-licensed professional beautician, and a male vocalist/composer who is entirely self-taught in music, having dedicated his youth to basketball rather than the traditional music club route. Their greatest charm lies in the chemistry generated by their diverse backgrounds. While rooted in mainstream J-POP, their sound seamlessly incorporates elements of EDM and intricate instrumental tracks, painting a dynamic and colorful soundscape. The emotional interplay and harmonization of their three distinct voices deeply captivate listeners. Luminous has steadily built their live performance experience at venues in the coastal Shonan area. Notably, they co-produced "The power of koukousei," an exclusive outdoor event for high school students in collaboration with corporate sponsors. Serving as the very first headlining act on the Enoshima stage, they garnered passionate support from their generation.
