RebellioN is a three-piece rock band. We support people who never give up on their own dreams, and believe that pursuing music that resonates with the soul can help someone. [History] The band was established in 2010 by vocalist Takeru Harigaya, guitarist Kosuke Yamazaki, and drummer Akitsuna Kagawa, who were classmates at the same junior high school. In 2013, we won both the New Face Award and the Grand Prix Award at the Coca-Cola Zero Music Contest 2013. In 2014, we performed their first overseas live show at the live house 2KOLEGAS in Beijing, China. Funky Sueyoshi (Bakufu Slump, Buyi) recorded our original songs at a studio in Beijing. In the same year, we participated in TEENS ROCK IN HITACHINAKA 2014, where they won the Grand Prize and the Minister of Education, Culture, Sports, Science and Technology Award, and also won the right to perform at ROCK IN JAPAN FESTIVAL 2014, which we achieved. In 2015, we participated as guest instructors in the "Japan-China Friendship Children's Summer Drum School 2015." Since then, we have been guest instructors every year. In 2016, Akitsuna Kagawa (drums) signed an endorsement contract with Pearl Musical Instrument Corporation. In 2018, Kosuke Yamazaki (guitar) signed an endorsement contract with Yamaha Corporation. In 2020, we collaborated with Chinese rock band Buyi to create a song called "Shouhou" dedicated to people around the world who are forced to stay at home due to the coronavirus, and released the music video on YouTube. In 2024, we released our second album, "Life Goes On." We held a record release solo concert at Kashiwa Studio WUU, which was sold out. In 2025, March, the band performed at a pre-match outdoor mini-music concert hosted by Kashiwa Reysol, the J1 soccer team from the band's hometown of Kashiwa. In July, they held a sold-out solo concert at Kashiwa Studio WUU. A solo concert at Shin-Matsudo FIREBIRD was announced for December 6th of the same year. In the same month, they participated as guest instructors and guest band members at Funky Summer Drum School 2025, hosted by Funky Sueyoshi (Bakufu Slump, Buyi). On July 26th, they performed at the "Sakaide My Love Music Festival" held at Sakaide Civic Hall. During the concert, the surprise addition of bassist Seita Kariya was announced. In August and October, they cooperated in the production of the TBS television program "THE Miracle Challenge." In November, they performed at Tokyo Christmas Market 2025. In December, they released their new EP "SPICA" and held a solo concert to celebrate the release at Shin-Matsudo FIREBIRD, which was sold out. In February 2026, the band joined the album release tour for "Su-e-yo-shi" - a project spearheaded by Funky Sueyoshi (of Bakufuu Slump and Buyi). In April of the same year, they held the "RebellioN Instore Live" at Musicland KEY Shibuya. In May of the same year, they joined the encore tour for the "Su-e-yo-shi" album release. In June of the same year, they held a sold-out headline show at Shin-Matsudo FIREBIRD. A headline show is scheduled for December of the same year at Shin-Matsudo FIREBIRD. We are currently performing live all over Japan with their latest EP. We are also actively recording and arranging commercial music in China and Japan.
