Kimie Fukuhara, who worked on the insert song for "Midnight Diner" composed an original song "Asia no Kaori" produced by "Stand Bánh Mì", a Vietnamese restaurant run by Mr. and Mrs. Yoshida (maiden name: Shirai) in Jiyugaoka. Mr. and Mrs.Yoshida was born that idea when they met Mr. Masataka Shoyama, a Japanese rice producer who has worked hard with a Japanese rice called "Asia no Kaori" that is perfect for making rice noodles that go well with Vietnamese dishes such as pho, bun, and hu thiew. Their idea is " Domestic rice noodles as the fourth noodles! " and the warm and gentle feeling of wanting to spread Japanese rice to the world . Kimie Fukuhara heard their soul and wrote this lyric.
