The theme of Yosakoi Team AZUKI's 2026 production is **"Tsukikage" - Moonlight and Shadow.**

The moon's radiance that illuminates the night is born from the light of the sun.
In the same way, we are able to shine on stage because of our fellow dancers, our families, and the many people who support us.

This piece carries our everyday gratitude and the feelings that remain deep within our hearts.
Built upon the traditional Yosakoi-bushi melody, it unfolds through silence, tension, intensity, and release, creating a cinematic soundscape.

Featuring Sumie Kaneko on vocals, shamisen, and koto, and Isaku Kageyama and Shunichiro Kamiya on wadaiko, the music brings together traditional Japanese instruments and contemporary sounds to create a grand and deeply emotional work.

Beyond the intensity of the dance lie emotions that words alone cannot express.
What will you feel, and what will you take away from the moonlight and shadows?

Hoping that a different story will remain in every heart, AZUKI takes the stage once again this year.
