The JAIL song talks about young boys staying at home, playing video games, hiding, and avoiding confronting themselves with the outside world.

The song music and lyrics was first created in 1991 by Michaël Van Dorpe, and played by the Blackfield band in Belgium. It benefited from key contribution from the other members, for instance the solo guitar is pure creation from Thomas Blondeel, while the counter rhythm between bass ("Dof" Christophe Deflem) and drums (David Maescalck) creates an extra dimension.
