You Don't Have to Be Okay

I was affected by the Great Hanshin Earthquake, and the trauma of that day remains with me still. This message of support goes out to those who-like me-experienced the Kumamoto Earthquake and carry emotional scars. It is okay not to force a smile or feel your heart lift. I hope that, even from afar, you can feel that you are not alone-that someone is quietly standing by your side.
