The newly released Romance Democratization Movement is a fully original single, unlike the previous work Xian Cai, which was a self-cover by Reye. This track fully showcases the creative talents of both artists.
The song features a fast-paced drum'n'bass rhythm intertwined beautifully with shimmering strings and Minami's ethereal, floating vocals. The composition evokes the feeling of speeding down a highway at night, making it the ultimate driving song.

The lyrics are entirely in English, expressing the sentiment: "The memories I've experienced, the romance-it's an unerasable time that even gods cannot take away."

As with the previous work, the jacket illustration is designed by Imchim. The artwork highlights the song's Y2K elements, portraying a cyber-inspired girl with a captivating charm.
