"Nichijō" (Everyday) - the new album from Japanese
singer-songwriter Yo1ko2.

A man sets out on a trip and gets off at a town he's never
been to. He finds a kissaten - an old-style Japanese café -
and sits down. What he sees there is sung three times over:
from a human's point of view, from a cat's, and from a dog's.

"Someone's ordinary day is my something special."

Nothing remarkable happens here. That's the point. A day
only looks ordinary from where you happen to be standing.
And it is precious because it could break at any moment.

A glass of melon soda. A cat asleep in the corner.
