Ao, the new release from Japan-based lo-fi / chill artist and multi-instrumentalist Kakurenote, is a mellow lo-fi instrumental featuring soft piano, warm bass, guitar, and subtle ambient textures. Natural variations in the live performances and a spacious arrangement give the track an organic and relaxed feel.

Artist Profile

  • Kakurenote

Lo-Fi Ninja From Japan. Multi-Instrumentalist. Independent Artist. New music every week. I began teaching myself piano at an early age and have been expressing emotion through improvisation ever since. During my student years, I began playing bass and performed in bands across a range of genres. Today, I create emotional lo-fi shaped by delicate piano, groovy bass lines, and warm textures. I write, perform, record, mix, and master everything myself as an independent artist.
