During his high school years, he formed "Unique Redd" with his local friends and actively engaged in social service activities such as tissue distribution. The great appeal of his lyricism lies in its concreteness. He vividly depicts a slice of everyday urban life, and his lyrics resonate with listeners. This meticulous eye for observation and expressiveness sharply portrays the worries and hopes of today's youth. His fluent flow over a newjazz beat and sometimes poetic word choice are characteristic of his music. His debut single "Johnny dvng" received over 10 million views in just one week after its release.
