Weekend Free

Eighty's Mind Judgement

No alarm in the morning light

No suits, no mails, I’m offline tonight

All those “somedays” piled in my head

If not right now, then they’re already dead

Reason in my wallet says “slow it down”

I tell it hush, don’t make a sound

Every brake I used to need

I left them back in the weekday speed

Life’s not cheap enough to waste

Living small just to stay safe

Don’t stop now, don’t overthink

Feel the fire, don’t blink

WEEKEND FREE, forget the job

Tonight the world is on our side

Don’t save it for Monday

Don’t cut the now, don’t shrink the ride

Run and laugh, take what you want

No permission, no red light

You earned this day

You earned this night

That’s why you fought through the week

Mute the answers on the screen

Other people’s perfect scenes

Every choice I make today

My heartbeat tells me it’s the way

“Save it up” sounds overused

A faded lie we all excuse

A life untouched, unopened, clean

That’s the real luxury unseen

Tomorrow’s worries can wait in line

Trust the pulse you feel right now

All the logic, all the plans

Drop them off till Monday comes

WEEKEND FREE, forget the pain

Freedom takes the lead tonight

Don’t save it for Monday

This moment’s burning way too bright

Get lost, choose wrong, take the long way through

Just don’t leave regret behind

You earned this day

You earned this night

This second is the prize

We weren’t born just to wear down

We didn’t dream to just hold ground

Resting isn’t running away

This is how we move ahead

WEEKEND FREE, break the rules

Be kind to yourself tonight

Don’t save it for Monday

Spend it all, let it ignite

Time and money, impulse too

Turn them into memories

You earned this life

You earned this ride

So live it loud and free

Artist Profile

  • Eighty's Mind Judgement

Eighty's Mind Judgement (EMJ) is a Japanese heavy metal artist driven by the mission: Energizing workers around the world through heavy metal. A solo project led by a full-time corporate professional, EMJ creates heavy metal works centered on themes of work, society, and human spirituality. The project began in 2025. Musically, EMJ is rooted in the classic style of 1980s traditional heavy metal, with a strong emphasis on album-oriented production. Beyond the quality of individual tracks, each release is crafted as a cohesive concept album, with carefully designed themes and narrative structure across the entire tracklist. Influenced by reading, contemplation, and real-world corporate experience, the lyrics carry strong messages focused on social and organizational challenges, human resilience, and self-empowerment. The flagship series Corporate Warrior places the everyday worker at the center, portraying the struggles and challenges of working life through heavy metal. Notable works include Corporate Warrior, Mizuho no Tamashii, and Born of Many Lives. Full-length albums include the debut First Meltdown, followed by Edge of the Knife, Heavy Duty, Awakening of Recognition, Mighty Souls, Mission of Humanity, and We Become What We See. All tracks are available on major streaming platforms, including Spotify, Apple Music, YouTube Music, Amazon Music, and iTunes.
