  • KULO

    Born in Setagaya,Tokyo Started getting into HipHop at age 12. Started getting into rap career at age of 18. Traveled to Los Angeles at age of 20 for the first time and got influenced by the vibe and the culture. From there, started living the life in LA and Tokyo back and forth. On the 6th time trip to LA, met DJ 2HIGH and dropped first album "WEST 2 EAST", all of the songs are produced by DJ 2HIGH. While making the first album, one time flew to LA and got denied of entry for gang tattoos,gang affiliation, suspicious contact history,etc and got deported back. Unfortunately, had to release the first album as unfinished project but still made a huge impact in Japanese rap scene. After getting deported, Started socializing with other Japanese artists and stood and performed on same stages as foreign artists when they came to Japan to perform. When LA's legendary group DPG came to Japan, went on the Japan tour with DPG and performed. After being in the Japanese rap scene for a while, first child was born and was focusing on raising and family. In 2016, G.O from CASTLE RECORDS managed and released the E.P ''CRAZY LIFE". In 2017, performed live at big festivals such as "Philipine EXPO"at Ueno park, "Fun Fun Splash 2017" at Odaiba. In November 2017, when performed at 55th memorial party for Katsumata boxing gym in Kourakuen hall, met big prducer from LA Stephen Beckham and from there they started making next album. Other than rap career, also was doing a lot of producing for other artists. In 2018, Started taking acting career seriously to become actor and entertains people with a sense of humor with the voice and the rap flow like no others. Finally on summer 2019, is getting ready to release new song "Money Off The Floor" produced by Stephen Beckham which is featured on 2nd album, is to be released this year. All of the help from surroundings makes the man who is now father of 2 children going in harder than ever and trying to start the LA life again. Its here,open your eyes and pay attention.
