THINGS will release their new single, Lady -Boku to Kimi no Sekaisen-, on December 25, 2024. This year, they've had a dynamic run, performing at events such as CHIMERA GAMES and the Sagami-Ono Monjé Festival. Looking ahead, their activities will continue to expand, with a performance at Music Lane Okinawa scheduled for 2025. This single is the second of three consecutive monthly releases.
As with their previous work, the track embodies THINGS' unique style, combining "nostalgic pop music" with "sounds and arrangements that transcend nostalgia." Keisuke Mukai oversaw recording and mixing, while Moe Kazama handled the mastering, and the artwork was designed by Ayana Hori.
The song reflects on the thought: In which timeline could I have been with my dearest one? While the melody is soft and warm, the bittersweet lyrics bring a layer of emotional depth, making it a fitting release for the season. Keyboardist Tajima's gospel-inspired choral arrangement further enhances its seasonal charm.
Additionally, a Behind the Scene video is set to premiere on YouTube on December 25, 2024.
