Lyric

[Verse 1]

It’s my day off today

But outside it rains, inside it’s rain sounds

On a bench under the blue sky

I was gonna just drift away

Why does it fall today, why does it fall right here

Wish it dropped on deserts instead

If Monday comes with heavy rain

I’d be happy calling in sick

[Chorus]

Maybe I should run outside and get soaked through

Maybe then I could forget every little thing

Ahh, rain rain fall, just fall some more

Rain rain fall, just fall some more

Wash away everything inside my head

[Verse 2]

When I opened up the window

Raindrops hit the rail and splashed inside

But staring at the rain forever

Feels like I’m turning into the rain

Falling from the sky not knowing where I land

Thrilling like a bungee with no rope

The wind is getting stronger now

The splash on my face feels kinda nice

[Chorus]

Maybe I should run outside and get soaked through

Maybe then I could forget every little thing

Ahh, rain rain fall, just fall some more

Rain rain fall, just fall some more

Wash away everything inside my head
