This is the second song I've released.
I wrote it for my parents. I decided to release it because I wanted my parents, who live in my hometown, to hear it.
This song was written and composed by the artist five years after moving to Tokyo.
It expresses feelings for the parents who support her back home.
She works as an actress under the name Rika Natsuzawa. In her hometown of Niigata, she was a member of a theater company that primarily performed Shakespearean plays, where she was a member for about seven years. After moving to Tokyo, in addition to her acting career, she also gained experience in commercials, stage MCing, and modeling. Her singing career began when a fellow actor casually offered her the opportunity to sing the theme song for a movie they were making. From there, she became incredibly busy, performing numerous live shows. Her acting-inspired songs, performed with a simple chord progression and guitar-accompanied singing style, are somehow both delicate and powerful.
