コーヒーを愛する全ての人へ、上質な時間を。Mellow Monk Connectionが約9ヶ月ぶりにリリースする3rd Singleは拘りのトラック、拘りのリリック、拘りのコンセプトを匠の技でブレンドした極上の珈琲アンセム。ビル・エヴァンスのエレピを苦味際立つトラックに抽出した見事なhAtchの腕前と、まるでコーヒー哲学とも言うべき3sykのリリックが見事にJazz Hip Hopトラックとしてブレンドされており、聴く者それぞれのコーヒーへの想いを喚起させる一曲となっている。それは、まるでカフェインの覚醒作用のよう。

これ以上無いミニマムな視点で語られるコーヒー譚は怒りでも鼓舞でもなく、どこまでも冷静な視点でコーヒーについて描写し尽くしており、取り上げる要素は昭和のTVCMのキャッチコピーから昨今のカフェ氾濫まで多岐に渡る徹底ぶりだ。

Mellow Monk Connection
Mellow Monk Connection is a Japanese music unit formed in 2015. Centered on hip-hop, they create a sound that fuses diverse musical backgrounds_including soul, R&B, jazz, and pop_while depicting daily life and social scenes through a lens of humor and unique perspective. The group launched as a trio comprising MC 3syk, trackmaker hatch, and vocalist PG. After releasing numerous tracks on SoundCloud and issuing various digital singles, they released their first album, *orange album experience: vol.1*, in March 2025. Subsequently, they began collaborating with DJ Tamagoyaki, an artist from the same label, Hooky Records. In 2026, DJ Tamagoyaki officially joined the group, transitioning them into a four-member lineup. They are scheduled to release "what's convenience?"_their first single under this new formation_in November 2026. Bringing together their distinct perspectives and diverse generational and musical backgrounds, the four members transform scenes from everyday life into fresh pop music.
