Based in Kashiwa, Chiba, Japan, TORTIONALS have digitally released their latest single "We're gonna rolling." Following their previous release "Go Out" and its subsequent Asian tour, which culminated in a sold-out show at SHELTER in Tokyo's Shimokitazawa, their influence has expanded well beyond Japan's borders, steadily reaching a global audience.
This new track captures the raw emotions TORTIONALS experienced during their tour - the pure essence of what it means to be in a band - after overcoming challenges including the pandemic and the hiatus of their previous band. The song is being hailed as an answer track to their previous lead single "Go Out."
Sonically, the track is anchored by a solid mid-tempo beat. While showcasing TORTIONALS' signature blend of punk rock, pop punk, and emo, the distinctive melody line incorporates elements of power pop and country music, creating their most dynamic sound yet. It's a must-listen for international rock fans, best enjoyed with a cold beer in hand.
The band is set to perform at an outdoor festival in Taiwan at the end of 2024. With their unstoppable momentum, TORTIONALS are definitely a band to watch.
