WASHI, WASHI.

Artist Profile

• W.A.S.H.I

W.A.S.H.I is Takanashi Washi. Yes. Same guy. I am a writer and creator from Hokkaido, Japan, kept by 8 birds. I write. I make images and videos. I mess around with AI. Then, at 47, I decided making music was a good idea. So when I make music, I am W.A.S.H.I. I debuted in 2026 with "WASHI, WASHI." My songs are on the usual streaming services. I make songs about stomach pain. Life. Death. And things that probably did not need a song. Do they need to exist? No idea. I wanted to make them, so I did. People who know me usually hear one and go, Yeah. Of course you made this. Give it a song or two. You will probably say it too. That is W.A.S.H.I.
