The long-awaited second EP "core" will be released for streaming on Wednesday, November 13!

With a new lineup of songs that fully showcases WAL's core band sound, the EP features tracks like "OverSize," "KiSS×," and "I'm your Rock'N'Roll Star." It also includes a collaboration with DELIVA, a social media influencer with over one million followers, in the song "Iwasenaiwa (feat. DELIVA)."

The EP closes with WAL's first release in a while, the rock ballad "Hakutyumu."

Containing five tracks, this EP captures WAL's true spirit, honesty, and essence (core). Created with the hope that WAL can stay true to their core and that listeners will be inspired to believe in themselves and hold firm to their own convictions through this EP.

  • What at lazz

    What at lazz is a four-piece pop-rock band from Okinawa, Japan, formed in 2018 and fronted by female vocalist Kyoka. Combining powerful vocals with dynamic band arrangements, they create catchy and memorable songs that blend pop sensibilities with rock energy. Their music has been featured in commercials and television programs, including Okinawa Cellular's 2023 Summer Campaign and the web commercial "Ponta Pass Okinawa Coupon Campaign." In May 2026, they held their fourth self-produced one-man live show, drawing an audience of over 150 people. Based in Okinawa, What at lazz continues to expand its fanbase and bring its energetic live performances to audiences across Japan.
