  神奈川県藤沢市出身。 幼少期よりJames BrownやMichael Jackson等のソウルミュージックに親しみ、 その帰結としてHIPHOPに没頭。 ダンス、DJ、グラフィティも含め、4大要素全てに熱中するも、 マイクこそが自らの一番の表現手段と知り、18歳でラッパーとして本格始動。 都内のクラブを中心にキャリアを積み、2005年に「太郎 ＆ KEN THE 390」としてインディーズ・デビュー。 以降、唯一無二のソウルフルなラップを武器に、数多くの人気メジャー・アーティスト作品に参加。 2008年にはソロ・アーティストとしてメジャー・デビューを果たす。 その後、ライブ・パートナーとして活動を共にしていたDJ IZOH（DMC 2012 World Champion）と、 「SUPER SONICS」を結成、4枚のMIX CDと、2014年には待望のフル・アルバムを発表。 2ターンテーブル＆1マイクの基本スタイルをネクストレベルに昇華したライブ・パフォーマンスは各方面で話題になり、 オールジャンルのフェス等でも爪あとを残している。 一方では、ギタリスト竹内朋康主催のレア・グルーヴ・ライブイベント「Magic Number」にレギュラー参加、 数多くのミュージシャンとセッションを重ね、いち歌い手として深化を続ける。 2018年、更なるステップアップのため、ソロ活動を強化、実に9年ぶりのソロ・アルバムを発表。

  Rapper and founder of the music label DREAM BOY. Born in Machida, Tokyo. After building a strong reputation in freestyle battle circuits, he made his debut in 2006 with his first album Prologue. Since then, he has released 12 original albums and continues to work actively as both an artist and music producer, with a focus on live performances. He gained wider recognition as a regular judge on the TV Asahi program Freestyle Dungeon, known for his sharp insights and commentary. In recent years, he has expanded his work to large-scale stage productions, serving as music director for Hypnosis Mic Division Rap Battle Rule the Stage and Attack on Titan The Musical, as well as producing his own festival CITY GARDEN. In 2025, he published the book Japanese MC Battle PAST FUTURE hosted by KEN THE 390. His novel Bring the Beat also won the TV Tokyo Award at the note Creative Awards 2025. Rooted in hip hop, he is active across music, stage, and writing.
