• Akira Nishimura

  He was born in Osaka.He graduated from Tokyo University of the Arts.He completed the graduate school of Tokyo University of the Arts.And while learning western modern composition techniques,He was more interested in Asian traditional music, religion, aesthetics ,space views.and the concepts of heterophony, and so on.Until today, he released many works.No,1 of the Japanese Music Contest in the composition.The BestDivision Award by Elizabeth International Music Conference in the compositionHe was awarded Dallapiccola Award, the Odaka Award(5times),the Kenzo NAKAJIMA Music Award,Kyoto Music Award, the Third Beck Award, the 36th Suntory Music Award, etc.He wasa awarded the Shiju Medal in 2013.He was been an artist director of Izumi Symphonieta Osaka since 2000.2010:He assumed the position of musical director of the Kusatsu summer festival.I n2007, he became a theme composer of 'Composia 2007' in Tokyo Opera City and became a judge of the Award of Composia.He served as a host of NHK-FM'Modern Music''NHK Symphony Orchestra' at NHK-E.From the foreign music festival, a large number of new commissions such as radio France. In February 2019, the new National Theater, creative committee, and the world's first performance 'Shion Monogatari' was performed under the command of Kazushi Ono, an opera artist, and it won a great success. He is now a professor at Tokyo College of Music.

In the editorial,A masterpiece that reads 'Cinema Miz Symphony-Symphony' by Yomiuri Symphony Orchestra.Yomiuri Nikyo Grand Concert featuring Susan Boyle in Budokan. CD:'Ghibli the Classics.'
