"Ketsukatchin" is industry jargon, mainly used in television and video production, referring to a situation where the schedule is so tight that it's impossible to extend the time any further. It's said that the term originated from the clapperboard, which signals "cut," being used at the very end of filming, hence "clapperboard at the butt" = "ketsukatchin."
