Saito Yasuyuki was born March 18, 1977, and is 163cm tall. He defeated the Eugenic Protection Law, a law that required surgical procedures to prevent disabled people in Japan from having children. He spoke out against eugenics, which excludes, culls, and castrates the genes of disabled people, and spoke at the United Nations Festival in Yurakucho about the right of disabled people to have sex. He is currently in remission. He also works to support disabled people so that they can participate in the Olympics and society, and so that they can freely date, have sex, and raise children.
