"This is a song I wrote after seeing the Great East Japan Earthquake.
There's nothing more frightening than losing something.
But even if you lose someone important, or even if you lose something important,
there are always things to feel, gain, and protect.
Don't try to do it all alone.
Don't try to regain your happiness or smiles all by yourself.
It's okay to rely on those around you.
This song was written with those feelings in mind.
