Inspired by the likes of Lil peep and the 1975, this song expresses emo rap with a band sound. The song is about the Ghanaian slum of Agbogblosie, known as the 'graveyard of electronics', and the pitch-controlled vocals sing earnestly about 'capitalism and the destruction of the environment'.
The lyrics, which call for people to become more aware, if only a little, of the 'environmental destruction caused by capitalism' they are unknowingly complicit in, were created around an interpretation of Kohei Saito's international bestseller Karl Marx's Ecosocialism.
Some of the lyrics are taken from RC Succession's 'Eve of Destruction'.
