Ryunosuke Akutagawa's timeless masterpiece 'Rashomon'. Its final scene depicts the "aftermath" of the servant who snatched the old woman's kimono and vanished into the darkness, rendered through manic electro swing.
Sharp shamisen riffs and glitch sounds that shake the mind.
The extreme human egoism of "I won't shy away from evil to survive" is sublimated into a neon-colored soundscape.
What lies beyond the gate? Hell, or liberation?
The answer lies within this sound.
