I will be very happy if you sing and spread the song to everyone in Hiroshima Prefecture and to ONOMICHI fans and song lovers all over the country.
For more than a decade, I have been traveling around Japan for work. Then, with the new Corona disaster, I was able to take some time off, and at the age of 68, I was finally able to have a song written and a piece of work composed, which had been a dream of mine for many years. During my travels, I completed mood songs, ENKA, and other poems that I had written down, and had a composer add songs to them. The first piece was "AI NI KIMASHITA ONOMICHINOHITO (I Came to See You, ONOMICHI Woman)," which I wrote because I fell in love with ONOMICHI, a picturesque place in Hiroshima Prefecture. The second piece "HITORI TOMONOURA (alone TOMONOURA)" was written in love with the historic port town of FUKUYAMA City, HIROSHIMA Prefecture. The third work is "Shinobi Koi Strait", a song set in the Tsugaru Strait. The fourth piece is " AONO MISE NO Blues (Blue Shop Blues)" a song about a pianist with whom I had a chance to meet. These works can be viewed on our YouTube channel " TAMAGAWA KOMAHCHI Song Channel 28". Great! Please also subscribe to our channel. We would like to create new works from now on as much as possible. Thank you for your cooperation.
