• No Fun

  Formed in 2020 with Vo./Gt. Aki Uchida at the timing when the predecessor band Piano Girl went on hiatus. NJ, a member of the band at that time, and Takuya Nagatomo, a member of the band in the early stages of its formation, became the prototype of No Fun. Under the band concept of diversity and physical music, members joined one after another, and currently the band consists of guitar, bass, drums, twin percussion, and 2020. The band was formed with Vo./Gt. Aki Uchida at the timing when its predecessor band, Piano Girl, stopped its activities. Gt. NJ at that time and initial Ba. Takuya Nagatomo, became the prototype of No Fun. Under the band concept of diversity and physical music, members joined one after another, and now the band consists of 11 members: guitar, bass, drums, twin percussion, violin, flute, trumpet, saxophone, trombone, and piano. The orchestral punk music played on a spectacular scale by all the members' roots is a unique presence. Since its formation, the band has continued to hold local Kyoto-based events called FUJISO. In addition, in search of more encounters and places to play, they have performed in various places with a lightness of footwork that is hard to believe for such a large band. In 2023, they traveled to Korea for the first time to perform overseas. They perform in a wide range of styles, including acoustic, duo, club events, and in-store events at cycle stores, regardless of the form or location. In 2025, he launched displaced an online store that introduces culture centered on No Fun art, apparel, and miscellaneous goods.
