If there is such a thing as regret, how can we clear it away?
In this song, the sparkle of the galaxy in the clear night sky tells the protagonist that there is more than one light, and he feels a sense of hope that the next chapter of his life is about to open.
The song maintains a rock flavor with a guitar sound, but the falsetto of the vocals and the groove of the bass give it an R&B feel, moving back and forth between tension and relaxation in a unique balance.
We hope that listeners will sway their minds and bodies while moving forward, even if only gradually.

Artist Profile

  • PAPILLON

We'll definitely take the stage at FUJI ROCK FESTIVAL. PAPILLON is a music project led by Hideaki Kazeno. The impulsive power of UK rock, the universal catchiness of J-pop, and the sophisticated grooves of R&B. By blending these elements in a unique balance, they create a one-of-a-kind soundscape where the atmosphere of the city coexists with the liberating feeling of nature. The project name PAPILLON (butterfly) symbolizes a trippy sensation that liberates the listener's heart from the hustle and bustle of daily life and its constraints, allowing them to rediscover their true selves. Armed with emotional melodies and lyrics that resonate deeply with listeners, the group is actively working to leave a striking mark on the indie scene.
