YES YES YES

Originally recorded in 1978 by Flabba Holt, long before he became internationally recognized as the legendary bassist of Roots Radics, "YES YES YES" returns nearly five decades later through NINJAH ROCKERZ.

The song is known as a rare Jamaican recording inspired by Dawn Penn's timeless 1967 Studio One rocksteady classic, "You Don't Love Me (No No No)."

In 2026, Flabba Holt stepped back to the microphone to recreate the song himself, recording a brand-new version backed by fresh musicianship and deep Dubwise production. While preserving the spirit of the original recording, the track has been rebuilt for modern sound systems with heavyweight basslines and spacious dub arrangements.

This is more than a remake.

It is a genuine self-revival performed by the original artist himself, connecting Jamaica's musical heritage of the late 1970s with a new generation of listeners.

Flabba Holt (Roots Radics)
Triga Finga
Gacha Medz

Recorded in Kingston, Jamaica.
