The opening chant, "Last Christmas" by Wham in Hawaiian, "Mele Kalikimaka" and "Remember Me, Santa," two Christmas songs born in Hawaii, the classic "Christmas Song, and "Kawohikūkapulani" by Helen Desha Beamer, a female musician who has left her mark on Hawaiian music history, which accompanied by the sweet piano of Hawaiian lounge pianist Renee Paulo, and "Look Up at the Stars at Night" with the beautiful sound of Ozzie Kotani's slack-key guitar.

Sandii lived in Hawaii during her late teens and most of her 20s. In that period, she sang in clubs and studied hula with Aunty Bella Richards of Kailua. She also met and bonded with Pattye Kealohalani Wright, who later became a Kumu Hula through Aunty Lani Kalama (1990). Sandii has the various, many different musical phases of her recording career. She has recorded as Sandi Ai, Sandy Hohn, Sandii & the Sunsetz, and now as Sandii. Since 1996, her albums have been Hawaiian or Polynesian-theme.
