KAGEROW
1st Single "Ushinawareta Yoru ni"
The debut single from KAGEROW, tracing the fading memories of a quiet night.
Rooted in the atmosphere of late 60's and 70's folk rock and psychedelic musics, the song reaches toward to a sound that still feels connected to the present.
Wandering withe a restless heart.

Kagerou is a band that pursues groove in the Japanese language, drawing from an immense spectrum of roots music that has shaped its members across generations and borders - Japanese folk, blues, psychedelia, funk, new wave, city pop, kayokyoku, traditional folk songs, and experimental music. While tracing the lineage of Japanese rock that followed Happy End, their sound is deeply primitive, earthy, and at times psychedelic. The heat of roots rock and blues, the stickiness of funk, urban noise, the humidity of everyday life, and the shadows within language itself are all woven together in admiration, forming Kagerou's distinct sonic landscape. True to its name, Kagerou exists like a heat haze - wavering, elusive, and impossible to fully grasp. The band gives sound to those moments when the boundaries between reality and hallucination, everyday life and poetry, begin to blur in the rising heat.
