    2009年に結成した5人組のフュージョンバンド。 結成当時からオリジナル制作にも力を入れ、今ではオリジナルバンドとして活動中。 2018年にはSaxy Y's Soul 2nd CD「Relay to the GOLD」がレッドブル•エアレース2017年チャンピオン室屋義秀氏のエアショーでのバックミュージックに採用され、同氏のオフィシャルグッズとしてもラインアップされている。 2019年、10周年記念の年を迎え更なる高みを目指し精力的に活動中。
