mihiro of Y's CAMP, who performed at the Ringo Music Festival in 2023 and successfully held their first solo concert in December 2024, is releasing their debut solo EP, "mi-box." This EP is a compilation of mihiro's passions, beliefs, and personal essence.
The EP was primarily produced by the Y's CAMP crew, with Tigre Aoki handling the artwork and YAMA directing the music video for the track "MIDORIGAOKA," showcasing its diverse worldview from multiple angles.
About the Tracks
The EP opens with "Meta Gear," a track themed around mihiro's favorite game, "METAL GEAR SOLID," and imbued with their anti-war and anti-nuclear sentiments. Following this, "Summer Sea Side" vividly depicts a longing for the summer coast and mihiro's way of enjoying it, resulting in a pleasant, city-pop-infused summer tune. The third track, "Forest Walk," shifts to a more introspective portrayal of mihiro, with poetic lyrics that frankly express life's ups and downs and inner thoughts. The EP concludes with "MIDORIGAOKA," a song that expresses gratitude for and paints a picture of their hometown.

Artist Profile
mihiro
MC belonging to a genre-less Hip-Hop crew formed in 2021, consisting of 7 MCs and 1 DJ. He joined the Hip-Hop crew <Yellow Gang> in 2019, starting his career by dropping tracks on SoundCloud. In 2022, he merged with members including those from the Setagaya-based crew <YURINOKI AVENUE> to form <Y'S CAMP>. He performed extensively in areas like Nakameguro and Ebisu, gaining experience including an appearance at the <Ringo Music Festival> in 2023. In 2024, he released Y's CAMP's 1st album, <among us>, and actively contributed to tracks like <O.M.M> and <Lost Vacation>. Following this, in July 2025, they released their first solo EP <mi-box>, releasing music videos for <MIDORIGAOKA> which focuses on their hometown, and <METAGEA> expressing anti-war sentiments linked to gaming.
