CYBER RUI
In the process of living within society, the connection between ourselves and the world often fades without us even noticing. CYBER RUI (born in 2002, Tokyo) creates music as a way of reconnecting that lost signal. Before words emerge, sensation moves first. Through each sound, CYBER RUI explores the perceptions that have been dulled by an age of constant information. Along the way, he arrives at a realization: he, too, is a system floating within the vast universe. His 2026 album, *PROJECT REBOOT*, is an attempt to imagine a world where we no longer have to block ourselves from ourselves. Its origin is not a place, but a feeling. By returning to that feeling, CYBER RUI reawakens the system known as CYBER RUI once again.
