  T N CHIQUITA Born in Paris and raised in Morocco, France, and LA from a young age, he grew up as an open-minded Japanese with a diverse background. His artist name pays tribute to his beloved dog, CHIQUITA, whom he met in LA and who passed away seven years ago. To cope with his profound grief, he adopted the name T N CHIQUITA, combining his first name, Takeshi (T), with the memory of CHIQUITA. This marked the beginning of his musical journey, during which he began composing and writing songs in ways he had never explored before. In his 50s, he left a stable career as an office worker to pursue music. He aims to provide therapeutic experiences through his music in urban settings and is working to create a new genre called CITY HOP, which blends CITY POP and HIP HOP.
