MUSASHI VILLAGE RECORDS is an independent music label based in Saitama, Japan. Rooted in Hip-Hop and R&B, the label brings together artists and creators with distinct identities, creating and sharing music and culture through releases, live performances, visual projects, and artwork. Its roots trace back to Musashi Village, a creative collective founded in 2022 by Jeff Loik, Sadajyo, Ariel Mirai, and QN. What began as a gathering of rappers, singers, beatmakers, musicians, DJs, and visual creators has grown into a community where different sounds, perspectives, and creative disciplines come together. MUSASHI VILLAGE RECORDS was established to carry that spirit forward, providing a platform for the music, talent, and creativity emerging from the collective. Unbound by trends or genre conventions, the label is driven by a simple belief: to create music it genuinely believes in, on its own terms, and share it with the world. A place where people come together, talent grows, and culture takes shape. More than a record label, MUSASHI VILLAGE RECORDS is a creative community built on connection, collaboration, and the freedom to express. From Saitama, Japan. Music, Art & Culture. Welcome to the Village.

Jeff Loik is a hip-hop producer and beatmaker. As a founding member of Musashi Village, the creative collective that became the foundation of MUSASHI VILLAGE RECORDS, he now plays a central role in the label's music production. With beatmaking at the core of his work, he produces for rappers and singers while also handling recording and mixing. He is also a member of MAP SMITH, an instrumental project launched with drummer Naoya Okano, exploring new forms of expression by bringing live instrumentation and elements of jazz into a hip-hop-rooted sound.
