"The Song Of Christmas" and "The Days Of My Youth" is a memorable song which she sung together with Mr Leonard Jenkins and Carolin-san danced hula for it in Ho'okela office in October 2023, 45 years after Kui Lee's last live in Waikiki Shell. Hawaiian songs are waiting to be sung. Perhaps, those songs of Kui Lee's will be heard in the world again at last! The 'ukulele is based on a music score made by Matt Kobayashi, a walking dictionary of Hawaiian music.
Japanese singer/ukulele player who loves Hawaii. Sings in Honolulu and Sendai. She gained opportunity to learn the traditional hula and ukulele while studying abroad in Hawaii. Having been healed by soothing Hawaiian music after 3.11, she is always with Hawaiian songs and the ukuleles. She was awarded the Second Prize in Solo-open category and the Special Jury Prize at the International Ukulele Contest 2019 in Hawaii by singing "Pua ʻŌlena". She has performed in Hula Ukulele Festival 2019 and Ukulele Picnic in Hawaii 2020. Now she is one of the students of Hawaiian Treasure (Kumu Mele) Ku'uipo Kumukahi.
