oono yuuki
Born in Kochi Prefecture, he began performing around 2008 at Art Space Nanahari in Hacchobori, Tokyo, and has released four albums to date in two forms: as a six-piece instrumental band, oono yuuki band, and as a solo performer. In 2018, he will tour the west coast of the U.S. with Tomo Nakayama, a singer from Seattle, and others. In 2023, they released their first album under the band name in 11 years, "GREENISH BLUE, BLUISH GREEN," and held a commemorative live performance at Shibuya CLUB QUATTRO with Yuta Orisaka as a guest. The group now consists of 6 members: oono yuuki (guitar, piano), Yosei Takahashi (drums), Yoshihito Shinma (bass), Taichi Kabayama (guitar), Junya Okubo (sax), and a new member Katsuhiro Sasaki (flute). In recent years, they have been creating music for theater and film, sound installations, etc. In April 2024, they will release their first solo album in 9 years, "Enrai|Yoake".

    oono yuuki band A musical collective centered around guitarist oono yuuki. The group began circa 2008 to perform oono's home-recorded solo album LEONIDS, released from Nisennenmondai's label Bijin Record, and gradually grew in number. They released the album stars in video game from kiti label in 2010 under oono yuuki's solo alias. After performing as oono yuuki (band set) on various stages, including ARABAKI ROCK FESTIVAL and GFB Tsukuba Rock Festival, they took a hiatus in 2013. The band started composing again when Taichi Kaba (Taiko Super Kicks) joined in 2015, Junya Ohkubo (ex. Mori ha Ikiteiru) joined in 2019, and at the end of December 2023, flute player mmm left the band and new member Katsuhiro Sasaki joined. The band consists of 6 guys: oono yuuki (guitar, piano), Yosei Takahashi (drums), Yoshihito Shinma (bass), Taichi Kabayama (guitar), Junya Ohkubo (sax) and Katsuhiro Sasaki (flute).
