Goldberg of the Wind

Back when I was living in Arakawa Ward, Tokyo, and just before I became a father, this is an album I recorded at home, a "small record" preserved in its purest form in a dry room.

Artist Profile

  • Sho Nakayama

Born in Gifu City, Gifu Prefecture in 1988, he grew up with music, having a mother who was a piano instructor and a father who loves folk songs. From high school, he started playing and composing songs on acoustic guitar in earnest. At university, he studied Japanese literature and became familiar with "poetry." Currently living with his wife and two sons. We are carrying out performance activities carefully. Released 3 albums: 1st album "We saw Halley's Comet from the window of a local train", 2nd "Living Landscape" (produced by Tadashi Hirosawa), and 3rd "TINY RECORD". Soft singing voice, melody maker feat, cynical acoustic guitar tone, delicate poetry reading. Musical expression with a commitment to "poetry". The one and only Japanese singer-songwriter.
